Supply and installation of canister bottling line

Bottling line for 3L, 4L and 5L canisters delivered by us to the customer, with installation, setup and training. The bottling line has a productive capacity of 2,000 cans per hour. The bottler-corker is manufactured by our Italian cooperation partner in cooperation with us, and the rest of the equipment, such as the canister feeding table, cap elevator / elevator, double-headed labeler, intermediate container before the bottler and conveyors between the equipment, are designed and manufactured entirely in our Estonian production. The layout plan of the line is coordinated with the customer before production, so that the subsequent layout is suitable for the customer and later also more logistically efficient in the room. In the case of all the lines and individual devices we install, the goal is that the power cables and other connections of the devices do not cross the floor surface, to ensure cleanliness and cleaning around the devices, and therefore to prevent possible later damage to the connections. We first assemble and test all the production lines supplied by us in our own production in order to avoid possible surprises during the later installation and to ensure that the installation takes place as quickly as possible in order to minimally disturb the main work of the customers.
