Reconstruction of hard cheese cleaning equipment
The hard cheese cleaning device was rebuilt at the customer's request, ALL possible consumable parts were replaced, the frame and parts were sandblasted and later painted and galvanized. The speed of the cleaning brushes on the machine was changed from 1500 revolutions per minute to 97 revolutions per minute, so that it was possible to use steel brushes for cheese cleaning. A new electrical panel and machine control were assembled. Two identical machines made in total.
