Plastic pipe production tools
Various plastic pipe production tools such as casting heads, mandrels and calibration tubes. Some products are completely developed by us, like a casting head, where it is possible to apply stripes to the tube. On the developed casting head, it is possible to change the first adapters to change the number, width and position of the stripes on the pipe if necessary.
On all mandrels with curves, the depth, number and bevel angle of the grooves are made according to the need of the product being produced.
The internal surfaces of the calibration tubes are all polished and there is a separate liquid groove in the inner opening of the inlet side of the produced tube.
