Pipe rewinder for drums

The rewinder has been developed and manufactured by PELTOC OÜ at our own production facility. It is designed for rewinding various strip materials from drum to drum. It can also be used at the end of a production line for direct winding onto a drum. The touch-sensitive control panel allows you to set the width/diameter of the material to be wound, according to which the servo distributor evenly distributes the tube onto the drum. The winding table also calculates the necessary length at the drum edge where the last layer of one row and the first layer of the next row need to be placed on top of each other. The maximum rewinding speed is 150 m/min.
